FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAM: At Parinaam, we believe that the key to alleviating poverty in India lies in empowering women and their families with essential financial skills. Our financial literacy initiatives are tailored to educate every underprivileged household on effective money management. The Diksha Financial Literacy Programme assists women in exploring savings opportunities, managing their finances adeptly, and planning their financial futures. Through our collaboration with Ujjivan, we facilitate the establishment of savings accounts and enhance access to vital banking and financial services. Our innovative efforts over the past decade have received acknowledgment from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and we remain committed to expanding and digitizing our programs through strategic partnerships.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME: Our mission is to work collaboratively with families, businesses, and knowledgeable partners to revolutionize neighborhoods throughout India. The communities actively participate in identifying infrastructure projects that will elevate their living conditions and overall quality of life. These initiatives may include renovations of school facilities, establishment of maternity clinics, solar power installation, and housing improvements. We emphasize sustainability by promoting the use of recycled materials, revisiting existing sites for design enhancements, and compiling a repository of templates and guidelines for infrastructure development.

- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Literacy Program

- Overseeing the collaboration with various partners involved in our financial literacy initiatives.
- Providing reports to ensure smooth integration of the Financial Inclusion and Literacy Program with our funding partners.
- Strategic planning and execution of all financial literacy programs.
- Developing the Annual Plan and Budget, while monitoring expenses against budgetary goals to ensure cost-effective operations.
- Establishing partnerships with organizations to broaden the reach of Parinaam&aposs financial literacy initiatives.
- Drafting and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the program and ensuring their proper implementation.
- Developing and revising curricula for our Financial Literacy programs in response to field realities.
- Ensuring that trainers receive high-quality training and that the curriculum is executed effectively.
- Conducting field supervision to enhance program quality, providing timely feedback to trainers.

Community Development Program

- Engaging in networking for the selection and execution of Community Development projects.
- Managing Public Relations and branding efforts for the projects.
- Coordinating efforts with partners involved in the Community Development program (Design and Implementation partners).
- Providing guidance and support for troubleshooting operational challenges in projects.
- Creating annual plans and tracking expenses against budgets.
- Facilitating auditing processes and assessing program effectiveness.
- Executing micro-planning and scheduling for projects.
- Coordinating and scheduling daily progress reports.

Monitoring And Reviews

- Building a comprehensive Monitoring and Information System.
- Delivering weekly updates to the Program Director and monthly briefings to stakeholders, including the Parinaam Board and Executive Director.
- Organizing weekly and monthly review meetings with all departments, supervisors, and stakeholders.
- Overseeing impact assessments or external validations of the program.
- Ensuring timely delivery of all reports and performance updates.
- Facilitating goal-setting, target tracking, and performance evaluations.
- Ensuring that regional project teams uphold the highest standards of professional conduct, ethics, and integrity during program implementation and planning.
