Kasavumaalika Textiles and Spicemark Spices in Thiruvallam, Trivandrum, is looking for a dedicated Female Sales Executive to join our team and provide excellent service across both our unique stores.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Sales: Warmly greet customers, understand their needs, and effectively present and sell products from both the textile and spice stores.Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the textile range (including fabrics, traditional wear, and store specialties) and the spice inventory (including origins, uses, and quality specifications).Store Operations: Assist with arranging and displaying merchandise, maintaining a clean and inviting store environment, and accurately processing sales transactions.Inventory Assistance: Help with stock checking, receiving new inventory, and ensuring all products are correctly priced and labeled.Communication: Clearly communicate product features, pricing, and promotions to customers, ensuring a positive and informative shopping experience.RequirementsEssential Product Knowledge: Must possess good knowledge of textiles and spices.Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory for serving our diverse customer base.
