Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives or managers. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle correspondence, and perform various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Handle phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of the executive.

Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.

Manage confidential information with discretion.

Conduct research and compile reports as needed.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and document management.

Assist with personal tasks when required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Exceptional time management skills.

Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.

Language Known: English, Hindi & Tamil
