We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR, particularly in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, while working with state-of-the-art AI-driven HR technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing of Candidates:

- Assist in identifying potential developer candidates through various channels, including tech-focused job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Help create and maintain a talent pipeline for future developer openings
- Support the development and implementation of creative sourcing strategies, with a focus on the tech industry

1. Screening of Candidates:

- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified developer candidates
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest in tech roles
- Assist in evaluating candidates' technical skills and experience against job requirements
- Provide feedback to hiring managers on candidate suitability for developer positions

1. Scheduling and Administrative Tasks:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between developer candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication, including interview confirmations and follow-ups
- Assist in organizing and maintaining HR databases and filing systems
- Support the preparation of offer letters and onboarding documentation for new hires

Additional Responsibilities:

- Assist with various HR projects and initiatives related to our AI-driven recruitment platform
- Help organize and coordinate tech recruitment events or job fairs
- Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures, with a focus on automation and AI integration
- Learn about and provide input on our AI-powered recruitment tools

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong interest in HR, recruitment processes, and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Quick learner with a proactive attitude and interest in HR technology
