Lead the coordination and management of campaigns when creating new features and products. - Decision Maker: Independently make decisions affecting customer value/impact for complex topics within a product/feature set. Lead cross-product, cross-feature, and cross-team discussions, bringing stakeholders to a decision point. - Authority and Influence: Recognized by colleagues and the community as a design authority. Frequently sought out by product and engineering leads for opinions on both product and design direction. Co-lead teams with Product Managers and Engineering Managers, ensuring seamless collaboration.
