Job Title Data Analyst - Analytics Department Analytics Reports to Project Manager Band Sr Executive Overall Analytics Experience - 3 to 6 years Location - Remote Improving client processes and driving business impact is the prime focus of our entire organization of over 30 000 employees Firstsource couples its deep process knowledge insights and best practices with targeted analytics and pragmatic reengineering to deliver a comprehensive solution Our broad portfolio consists of both enterprise and industry-specific services In all areas we execute simple transactional needs to providing process management capabilities where complex decision-making and keen judgment are required Services are seamlessly delivered from our right-shoring model with 44 centres in four countries to meet a client s business objectives and cost reduction strategy Firstsource focuses on the industries of Telecom Banking Financial Services Insurance Media Publishing and Healthcare Our solutions span across the customer life cycle of Customer Acquisition Customer Services Transaction Processing Collections Accounts Receivables Management and Research Analytics We develop reliable and scalable solutions for essential business processes consecutive with industry best practices and supported by a robust technology infrastructure proprietary tools strong human resources and transition Responsibilities Query and analyze data stored in Snowflake Databricks Synapse databases to derive meaningful insights and support business decision-making Create and maintain data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI leveraging Snowflake Databricks Synapse as the underlying data source Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into analytical solutions Perform data validation quality assurance and data cleansing activities for improved and accurate visualization Support the implementation and enhancement of ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and completeness Primary Skills Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL in Snowflake Databricks Synapse Strong understanding of data modeling and schema design Experience in data visualization and reporting tools eg Power BI Tableau Looker for analyzing and presenting insights derived from Snowflake Databricks Synapse Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline development Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from data Experience with programming languages eg Python R for data manipulation and analysis Qualification Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering
