Job Description Job Title: Video Editor - Telugu Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru Experience Level: 1+ Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, with additional hours as required Key Key Responsibilities Edit and assemble video content that aligns with Vedantu's brand voice and storytelling goals Support the production team in creating campaign videos, reels, and short-form content for digital and offline platforms Work with designers, copywriters, and social media teams to execute creative ideas and adapt video formats for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Ads, Offline AVs) Handle post-production tasks including trimming, syncing, adding transitions, simple motion graphics, subtitles, and music Ensure videos maintain consistent quality, pacing, and tone across all outputs Stay updated with video trends, editing techniques, and emerging AI post-production tools Organize video files, maintain version control, and ensure smooth workflow handoffs Skills & Qualifications 13 years of experience in video post-production and motion graphics, preferably in EdTech, Media Production, or Advertising A strong portfolio or showreel showcasing video edits, campaign content, and short-form videos Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus Basic understanding of AI video/audio editing tools (Runway, VEO3, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, etc.) Ability to follow creative direction while bringing your own storytelling flair to projects Good sense of timing, sound, rhythm, and music sync Strong collaboration skills and openness to feedback Good to Have Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Filmmaking, Communication, or a related field Knowledge of sound design or color grading Curiosity to explore new editing formats, trends, and technologies in storytelling
