Job Description Organization- Hyatt Place Bhopal Rani Kamalapati Station Summary Job description We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Guest Service Associate to join our team at Hyatt Place Bhopal. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in guest service, preferably in F&B service. Roles and Responsibility - Provide exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed promptly. - Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and room assignments. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas. - Handle complaints and feedback professionally and courteously. - Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve overall guest satisfaction. Job Requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with diverse groups. - Strong problem-solving skills are necessary to handle complex issues efficiently. - Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Knowledge of hotel management systems and procedures is essential. - A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service is expected. - Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is preferred. Minimum 1 - 2 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
