Job Description

Role Summary:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in analysing client Salesforce systems, supporting integration understanding, and enabling smooth migration of data into the Superleap CRM. Youll also work on building and customizing scalable Salesforce components and workflows to support our broader transition and platform initiatives.

This is a hybrid role involving technical development, integration analysis, and internal collaborationideal for someone with 13 years of Salesforce experience who wants to grow their impact.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

Client Integration Analysis & Migration Support

- Analyse clients existing Salesforce orgs, integrations, workflows, and automation
- Document and explain how the integration is structured to help internal teams understand workflows
- Work closely with product, engineering, and data teams to ensure smooth migration of legacy Salesforce data into Superleap

Custom Development & Automation

- Design and implement custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and Lightning Web Components
- Build and maintain low-code solutions using Flows, validation rules, and approval processes
- Optimize solutions for scalability, performance, and code coverage

Integration & API Development

- Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs for external systems
- Support backend services and platform extensibility using Copado, Bitbucket, and version control best practices

Platform Management & Reporting

- Configure reports, dashboards, user roles, profiles, and layouts within Salesforce
- Use Salesforce tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, and VS Code to perform configuration and troubleshooting tasks

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, implementation specialists, and engineers
- Translate complex business processes into technical solutions
- Participate in feature testing, UAT, and release support

What Were Looking For

Experience & Technical Skills

- 13 years of hands-on Salesforce development and customization experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data models, objects, and integration best practices
- Proficient in APEX, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript (ES6+), LWC, and Visualforce
- Familiar with Salesforce CPQ, Digital Experience (Communities), and declarative tools
- Knowledge of data migration, including sandbox management and data mapping
- Tools: VS Code, Git/Bitbucket, Copado, Workbench, Data Loader

Certifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I (Required)
- Admin (ADM201) or Platform App Builder (Required)
- JavaScript Developer I (Preferred)

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to clearly document and communicate integration structures to internal teams
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
