At Rishihood, we nurture leaders who will transform themselves, their professions, and the nation About the Role Rishihood University is building a next-generation School of Technology focused on Artificial Intelligence, Robotics and Intelligent Automation, and Semiconductors and VLSI. This is a 0 to 1 institution-building role. You will shape the School's vision, design the academic and innovation architecture, and build partnerships that position India for technological sovereignty. This is not a routine academic post. It is a front-line role in India's broader mission to reduce strategic tech dependence. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Architecture and Institution Building Design the founding blueprint for the School of Technology curriculum, labs, culture, and growth trajectory Translate national tech priorities into academic and research pathways Build a culture of innovation, entrepreneurship, and problem solving 2. Program Development Develop cutting edge programs in AI, Robotics, and Semiconductors Work with industry, researchers, and policy experts to ensure real-world relevance Launch new academic offerings, certifications, micro-degrees, and advanced labs 3. Partnerships and Ecosystem Development Build deep partnerships with industry, research labs, startups, and government bodies Drive collaboration with national missions, technology alliances, and frontier research programs Engage with global experts to bring best practices into the School 4. Faculty and Talent Building Identify, onboard, and mentor early faculty, visiting scholars, and practitioners Create a high-performance environment that attracts top talent Build student pipelines for research, innovation, and entrepreneurship 5. Execution and Delivery Drive the School from concept to launch, ensuring timelines, quality, and momentum Oversee labs, infrastructure, and technology procurement Lead academic operations with a startup-like mindset Candidate ProfileExperience 7 to 15 years in technology, innovation, academia, research labs, or high-growth startups.
