Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Developer proficient in Java and React.js to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using modern technologies across the front-end and back-end stack. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and scalable full-stack applications. - Build responsive, high-quality user interfaces using React.js and related frameworks. - Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Java / Spring Boot. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. - Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. - Ensure proper integration of front-end and back-end components. - Work in Agile/Scrum environments, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups. Technical Skills Required: Backend: - Core Java, Java 8+ features - Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA - RESTful API development - Microservices architecture Frontend: - React.js, Redux / Context API - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) - Responsive and cross-browser design Database: - SQL / NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.) DevOps & Tools: - Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins, Docker (added advantage) - Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP preferred)
