Job Role We are looking for smart, energetic, and confident freshers who enjoy talking to people and are interested in building a strong career in sales and real estate. This role involves guiding customers, explaining property options, and assisting them during site visits and decision-making.  Responsibilities Speak with customers to understand their home requirements. Share property details and explain project information clearly. Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients. Maintain customer data using Google Sheets / Excel. Follow up regularly with interested customers. Work closely with seniors to achieve monthly sales targets. Build positive relationships with clients for referrals and repeat interactions.  Skills Required Excellent communication skills (English mandatory; Kannada helpful). Confidence & ability to speak professionally with customers. Good convincing & interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge (Google Sheets, Excel, Email). Positive attitude, self-motivation & willingness to learn.  Eligibility Any graduate. Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year experience. Should be open to travel for site visits (within Bangalore).
