The company remains committed to redefining entertainment and customer satisfaction on all levels. Role Description The Cinema Security Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. The individual will be tasked with maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees, monitoring security systems, and managing entry points. Responsibilities include conducting regular security checks, responding promptly to incidents, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with local law enforcement if needed. Qualifications - Security knowledge and expertise, including surveillance techniques and emergency response. - Strong observational skills, situational awareness, and attention to detail. - Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally. - Proficiency in conflict resolution and the ability to handle potential escalations effectively. - Basic understanding of security and safety regulations specific to public venues is preferred. - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. - Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is an advantage.
