Overview We are looking for a highly driven Project Manager to join the Founder s Office This role provides a unique opportunity to work directly with the Founder on key initiatives ensuring projects are executed seamlessly and organizational goals are met The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver a strong communicator and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment with exposure to strategic decision-making Key Responsibilities Drive end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives led by the Founder Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment timely execution and delivery of outcomes Monitor project timelines milestones and dependencies escalate risks when needed Conduct research prepare reports and create presentations to support strategic decision-making Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal external stakeholders ensuring clear communication Assist in planning and execution of organizational strategies budgets and key business reviews Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to the Founder on progress Anticipate challenges identify solutions and ensure operational efficiency in the Founder s Office Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Management or related discipline MBA preferred 3-6 years of experience in project management consulting business operations or a similar role Strong organizational multitasking and execution skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite Ability to work independently handle ambiguity and adapt in a high-growth environment What We Offer A chance to work directly with the Founder gain first-hand exposure to strategic leadership and make a tangible impact on the organization s growth journey This role is a career accelerator for professionals aspiring to move into leadership and strategy roles Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 603 756 17 - 900 000 00 per year Application Question s Please mention current CTC and notice period Experience working on special programms along with the leadership 3 years Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 7028446673
