Job Description

The Enterprise Testing Team at PepsiCo requires a skilled Test Manager/Architect to lead the testing strategy and activities, coordinate testing resources, plan necessary activities, and provide status reports on execution, defects, risks, and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage demand and engagement for projects, including dashboard reviews for compliance validation
  • Provide governance and support for testing deliverables and activities, ensuring adherence to testing methodology and standards, and drive common metrics to the QA/Governance team
  • Guide teams on test assessment exercises, identify different types of testing required, and define the test strategy for optimum test coverage
  • Create and align communication plans for testing, setting cadence and participants
  • Ensure functional and non-functional requirements are properly identified, documented, and matched against test matrices for each project
  • Plan and manage test resources (external/internal)
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
