Urgent Telecaller

Triplet International is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to join our team The role involves making outbound calls handling customer inquiries promoting services and maintaining strong client relationships Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers Explain services products clearly and convincingly over the phone Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries promptly Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups Meet daily weekly call and conversion targets Provide feedback and support to improve customer satisfaction Requirements Minimum qualification 12th pass Graduate preferred Excellent communication skills Prior experience in telecalling sales or customer service is an advantage Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Education Higher Secondary 12th Pass Required Work Location In person
