Interact with users to resolve the issues. - Monitor the various jobs in EOD and BOD and perform sanity and monitor the transaction processing cutoff times. - Monitor the alerts and escalate and resolve alerts raised by the tools. - Support Infrastructure patching and manage the schedule. - Candidate should be able to perform deployment, Measure impacts, gather issue Information and Coordinate with vendor on Issues/ Defect Resolution. - Support all testing phases and relevant documents (Strategy, Scenarios, Test Data) -SIT, Regressions, Performance tuning and integrations. - Should manage and Track System Performance, Participate technically and functionally in process optimization. - Should be able to understand Business requirements and translate this to vendor specific documents. - Coordinate product training for Business & Operations users.
