sustainable business results As Implementation Project Manager you will be an ambassador of Waters and will bring innovative services to Waters customers The candidate will need to demonstrate a clear understanding of Waters Products and Services and how that fits into the customers business and growth plans The Candidate needs to be solution oriented and drive installation success with good communication between customer and internal stake holders The candidate needs to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills This position brings a good degree of flexibility working in the field The candidate will be based at our Hyderabad Office and work with our Customers in Central Region Responsibilities Manage implementation projects from point of sales to full delivery and completion of the order Be the one point of contact during the running projects Review sales orders preferably before booking Review delivery time lines and details with Sales Teams and Local Supplies Scheduling engineers in agreement with Service Team Managers and Customers Timely consult request GSS on escalations Follow through with other departments for completion of the order i e application support etc Maintain 100 Compass compliance in Implementation Cases Make sure the implementation project runs smoothly where all agreed conditions in the sales process are met Resources are in line with agreed time lines and engineers show high efficiency in implementation tasks to maximize on customer success ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities Manage implementation projects from point of sales to full science related field is desired will also consider applications with equivalent experience training and education Experience 5 years of experience with installation performance maintenance troubleshooting support and or end user utilization of scientific instrumentation preference for previous Waters product suite LC LC MS HPLC UPLC SFC Informatics Understanding of effective system level components and troubleshooting Understanding of the scientific application workflow along with the scientific software systems CDS SDMS LIM ELN Skills Must possess a strong customer focus Strong communication skills ability to communicate effectively to a diverse audience with specific customer needs Personal sense of integrity Effective time management skills System level approach to problem solving Analytical mindset with a strong drive to resolve open issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Travel This is a territory-based position with travelling within your designated
