Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to lead high-value client acquisition, manage key accounts, and drive revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to close complex deals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase products/services and negotiate contracts. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, pricing, and product demonstrations. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful onboarding. Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Mentor and support junior sales team members as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Minimum of 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in [industry relevant to your company]. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel as required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing enterprise-level accounts or complex sales cycles. Existing network of relevant industry contacts.
