We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic and fast-paced engineering team. As a key member of our development group, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both front-end and back-end. The ideal candidate has strong expertise inNode.jsandReact.js, coupled with a solid understanding of API development and integration.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and efficient full-stack web applications usingReact.jsfor front-end andNode.jsfor back-end.
- Design and build clean, reusable RESTful and GraphQLAPIsto serve data to the frontend and integrate with external systems.
- Participate in architectural and design discussions to define scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software features and enhancements.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices and modern development standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
- Monitor and optimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending tools and practices that drive innovation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 59 years of professional experience in software development with strong hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency inNode.jsand its ecosystem (Express.js, NestJS, etc.) for building scalable back-end services.
- Strong experience withReact.js, including hooks, component lifecycle, and state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
- Proven expertise inAPI design and development(RESTful and/or GraphQL), including documentation and version control.
- Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive UI frameworks.
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of secure coding practices and basic DevOps principles.
- Good problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
- Prior experience in building microservices or working on large-scale distributed systems.
