Responsibilities As a Senior Product Manager in this team, you will: - Develop and execute product strategies for Enterprise Commerce platform, including product vision, roadmap, feature sets, pricing models, and go-to-market plans. - Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, sales, support, and other stakeholders. - Define and prioritize customer needs, market opportunities, competitive analysis, and user feedback to deliver customer-centric solutions. - Communicate product value proposition and benefits to internal and external audiences, including executives, customers, partners, analysts, and media. - Drive product adoption and growth by identifying and addressing customer pain points, creating compelling value propositions, and delivering engaging product experiences. Qualifications - 8+ years of software product & program management experience, including at least 3 years or equivalent experience in building enterprise grade B2B products and services. - Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience and MBA from premium institute is preferred. - Ownership, drive, and entrepreneurial mindset to build trust with internal and externals stakeholders. - Experience in enterprise commerce, billing, subscription management, or related domains - Strong collaboration skills to impact/influence engineering and cross functional teams - Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills. - Builds upon a strong team ethos and embodies company and division values, cultivating a culture based in diversity, inclusion, growth mindset, and customer obsession. - Passion for customer satisfaction and launching high-quality products leveraging technology, data and AI.
