Position Summary

Require a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join as Senior Master Data Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the customer/product/vendor data accuracy, consistency and integrity of our Master data by identifying and resolving errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead implementation of data cleansing, enrichment and standardization
- Create and maintain master data records across various systems and database
- Conducting data integrity checks
- Create data upload files for different platforms
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and standards.
- Review and analyze datasets to identify errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates
- Support in Creating and maintaining documentation related to Master data processes.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues/inconsistencies, Monitor data quality metrics and identifying areas for improvement to enhance data quality and integrity.
- Provide training and support to end users on master data management.

Education

- Masters in Chemistry/Bio-chemistry or other life science streams.

Experience

- 4-5 Years experience on Master data management
- Experience in ERP systems like SAP/Sage/Syspro
- Working experience on SFDC CPQ

Functional/Technical Competencies & Skillsets

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiar with master data module of ERP systems (Sage/SAP)
- Strong understanding of data governance and data management principles
- Proficient with customer, product and vendor master data creation and maintenance process
- Experience working data Cleansing/Harmonization
