to deliver a sustainable future for the world through science and collaboration If youre looking for a challenge and meaningful role youre in the right place Dow is looking for Inventory Management Optimization Specialist to be located in Chennai India The specialist is trained and knowledgeable on Maintenance and MRO Optimization Material Data The candidate should be accountable for the Quality deliverables adhering project schedule and good in communication Ability to develop perform below mentioned deliverables Requires expanded conceptual and practical knowledge in own job discipline and broadens capabilities Qualifications Engineering Degree in Mechanical engineering 7 to 12 years of Experience Work exposure with the Global Middle East customer projects Should be flexible in work timing to match the Site work timing Min 4 Hours Overlap of work time Preferred Skills Should have min 5 years maintenance experience in any of the process power chemical industry Exp in machinery maintenance of Pumps compressors Turbines Heat Exchangers etc Hands on experience in SAP transaction codes Knowledge of various equipment failures and their PM maintenance Knowledge and ability to understanding of different documents and drawings Knowledge on different spare parts and comparing spares identify duplicates within SAP data Skilled to extract and analyze maintenance spare parts data usage from SAP Experienced in MRO spares Criticality Analysis and Optimization Experienced and knowledgeable on spares movement and optimization strategies Ability to determine inventory levels forecast and stock vs non-stock of spare parts Cleansing standardization enrichment and de-duping of coded existing spares Experienced in global MRO optimization tools like Oniqua IBM-MRO IO etc Benefits -
