Hiring Manager - OEM Partnerships Retail Strategy IndoFast Energy Location Gurgaon with travel to Bangalore Hyderabad Mumbai Jaipur Experience 6-8 years MBA Undergraduate DegreeKey Responsibilities 1 Build and manage strong relationships with OEMs particularly in the EV 2W 4W segment 2 Act as the Chief of Staff to the B2C Business Head VP - Business Development supporting retail business scale-up across India 3 Drive demand and production mapping with OEMs develop strong partnerships with dealer networks to build a retail case for the Battery-as-a-Service BaaS model 4 Collaborate with internal teams marketing after-sales fleet operations to create and execute plans for marketing customer service and retail rollout 5 Gather on-ground market insights and align them with strategic planning and forecasting requirements 6 Act as the single point of contact between OEMs and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business objectives 7 Support day-to-day operational needs ensure information flow across stakeholders and lead data-driven decision-making What We re Looking For 1 Prior experience in Business Development Sales Marketing within EV OEMs is a must 2 Strong data orientation number-crunching ability and stakeholder alignment skills - Hands-on attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills 3 Comfortable with on-ground activities local travel and building strong dealer relationships 4 Street-smart agile and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment ref updazz com
