Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Integration Consultant with 8–11 years of strong expertise in SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) and SAP PI/PO (Process Integration/Orchestration). The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of complex SAP integration solutions while providing technical leadership to the team. Key Responsibilities 1. Integration Solution Architecture - Lead the architecture, design, and blueprinting of integration solutions using SAP CPI and PI/PO. - Ensure solutions align with business needs, enterprise integration standards, and industry best practices. 2. Interface Development & Configuration - Oversee development, configuration, and deployment of interfaces, mappings, and integration flows. - Enable seamless data exchange across SAP and non-SAP systems using various protocols and adapters. 3. Custom Development & Enhancements - Develop custom adapters, scripts, and integration components to meet project-specific requirements. - Enhance existing interfaces to improve performance and functionality. 4. Technical Leadership - Provide guidance, mentorship, and thought leadership to junior and mid-level integration consultants. - Drive adoption of modern integration patterns and best practices. 5. Performance Optimization - Optimize integration flows for performance, scalability, resilience, and reliability. - Troubleshoot issues, resolve bottlenecks, and fine-tune configurations. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with clients, architects, functional teams, and technical teams to gather requirements. - Define integration strategies and ensure successful project delivery. 7. Quality Assurance & Best Practices - Enforce QA processes, coding standards, and documentation norms. - Conduct reviews of integration flows, mappings, and technical designs. 8. Documentation & Knowledge Sharing - Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration designs, configurations, and solutions. - Conduct training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions for team members. Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 8–11 years of hands-on experience in SAP CPI and SAP PI/PO. - Strong understanding of integration concepts, EAI architecture, API management, and cloud integration patterns. - Proficiency in: - SAP CPI - SAP PI/PO - SAP BTP services relevant to integration - SOAP/REST APIs, IDocs, Proxies, RFCs, JSON/XML, Groovy scripts - Exposure to SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI, SuccessFactors, Ariba, etc.) is an added advantage. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
