Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to US-based customers to promote products/services.
- Convert inbound leads and inquiries into sales.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build rapport with potential customers and identify their needs to recommend suitable offerings.
- Handle objections effectively and close sales with a consultative approach.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and competition.
- Follow all compliance guidelines and quality assurance protocols relevant to US sales.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Education: Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduation preferred
- Experience: 13 years in International BPO sales (US market experience preferred)
- Communication: Excellent spoken English with a neutral or US accent
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems, dialers, and basic computer applications
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities
