Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems Oracle EPM (ePBCS & ePCM)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Analyst, Financial Systems to support and enhance our Oracle EPM Cloud applicationsEnterprise Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (ePBCS) and Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (ePCM). This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, data integrity, and continuous improvement of our financial systems. The ideal candidate will bring a hybrid of functional and technical expertise, with a strong foundation in financial planning and a passion for optimizing enterprise performance tools.

Key Responsibilities:

System Support & Administration (70%)

- Administer and maintain Oracle ePBCS and ePCM environments, ensuring system availability and performance.
- Manage and monitor data loads using tools such as FDMEE, Data Exchange, Data Pipeline, and Data Integration.
- Perform rigorous data validation to ensure completeness and accuracy across planning and profitability models vs. Source Systems.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user training documentation.
- Provide day-to-day support to finance users, resolving issues and answering functional/system-related queries.
- Create & optimize new processes and automate existing processes in the Oracle EPM environment including the Monthly Patch testing requirements in both systems.

Projects & Enhancements (30%)

- Improve and optimize existing calculation models and allocation logic in ePBCS and ePCM.
- Design, develop, and maintain business rules, including complex logic beyond basic data copy or clear operations.
- Lead and support system testing, including the creation of test scripts and execution of test plans for enhancements and patches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, process improvement and new functionality.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ePBCS, PBCS, or Hyperion Planning.
- Demonstrated experience creating and managing business rules and allocation logic.
- Foundational understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) concepts, including P&L structure and forecasting processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Oracle ePCM or PCMCS.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Groovy, SQL) and automation tools (e.g., EPM Automate).
- Exposure to REST APIs and integration with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud ERP).
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications are a plus.
