Job Description Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Merchandising & Inventory Executive to manage data accuracy, product lifecycle updates, and inventory operations across our fashion retail and couture categories. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Navision (or any ERP), retail merchandising processes, and inventory coordination for fashion brands. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management & Reporting - Prepare Daily Stock Reports with updated inventory levels, product movements, and sales data. - Maintain walk-in and store performance reports across all retail locations for analysis. - Support teams with real-time stock availability checks, ensuring visibility across categories. Mastersheet & Data Management - Create and update Mastersheets for Menswear, Womenswear, Couture, and RTW with sales, production, and inventory information. - Ensure data accuracy in product masters including SKUs, pricing, colours, sizes, and product attributes. - Execute product code corrections, stock adjustments, and data clean-ups in Navision. ERP / Navision Operations - Update order delivery status (Sample & Production Orders) in Navision. - Generate DP Barcodes, FG codes, and UI codes for retail, e-commerce, and MBO orders. - Process Navision Orders, alterations, and rectifications, ensuring complete and accurate data flow. - Coordinate with retail, production, and merchandising teams for timely system updates. Sales & Retail Support - Check daily sales messages from stores, verify accuracy, and follow up on discrepancies. - Assist stores with Navision uploads, corrections, and product data support. Visual Merchandising & Digital Asset Management - Update Weekly GG Boards with fresh stock/sales insights for all categories. - Manage and update Lookbooks on Dropbox, including product images, descriptions, and revisions. - Collect product images from stores and upload to Navision for updated cataloguing. Required Skills & Competencies - Experience with ERP systems (Navision preferred; SAP/Oracle equivalents also acceptable). - Strong knowledge of fashion retail operations, inventory flow, and merchandising processes. - High accuracy in data management, reporting, and SKU handling. - Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred). - Strong coordination skills for cross-functional workflows.
