Summary We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Management Lead to oversee and drive the execution of complex Infrastructure programs and projects within our Global Infrastructure domain scope The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in program management exceptional leadership skills and the ability to navigate cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives The Program Management Lead will ensure that programs are delivered on time within scope and within budget while meeting the highest quality standards Key Responsibilities 1 Program Planning and Execution o Lead the planning and execution of multiple programs and projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives o Develop detailed program plans including scope timelines resources and budget and manage changes as needed 2 Stakeholder Management o Engage with key stakeholders including executives clients and team members to define program requirements and deliverables o Communicate program status risks and issues to stakeholders in a timely and effective manner 3 Risk Management o Identify assess and mitigate program risks and issues to ensure successful program delivery o Develop contingency plans and ensure that any potential roadblocks are addressed proactively 4 Budget and Resource Management o Oversee program budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints o Monitor program expenditures and provide financial reports to senior management 5 Process Improvement o Continuously assess and improve program management processes and practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness o Implement best practices and industry standards to drive program success 6 Reporting and Documentation o Prepare and present regular program reports and updates to senior management and other stakeholders o Ensure comprehensive documentation of program activities decisions and outcomes Qualifications Bachelor s degree in business Project Management Engineering or a related field Master s degree or relevant certifications e g PMP PgMP preferred Minimum of 15 years of experience in program management or related roles with a proven track record of successfully managing large and complex programs Infrastructure program project management experience would be a plus Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional global teams Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Demonstrated experience in managing budgets and resources effectively Proficiency in program management tools and software e g MS Project Jira Asana Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic global environment managing multiple priorities effectively Strong
