Title: Senior DevOps Engineer (SRE) Location: Remote Join our team as a Senior DevOps Engineer, where we're focused on graduating AI from interesting demos to indispensable products. You will build and maintain the robust, scalable infrastructure that makes this possible, ensuring our platform is reliable enough to be trusted with critical business decisions. This is a role for SREs who want to automate everything and create a high-performance environment where engineers can ship with confidence. Key Responsibilities - CRITICAL - USA Hours On-Call Support: Provide primary on-call support during North American business hours (9 AM - 6 PM PST/EST). This is a core requirement - you will be working night shifts from India to ensure real-time incident response for our US operations. You will respond to incidents with a focus on blameless postmortems and drive engineering work to prevent future incidents from occurring. - Build and Maintain Infrastructure: Design, build, and maintain our core cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to ensure it is scalable, secure, and resilient. - Implement Site Reliability: Apply SRE best practices across the engineering team. You will help define SLOs/SLIs, work within error budgets, and promote a culture of reliability. - Automate Everything: Develop and manage our CI/CD pipelines to automate the building, testing, and deployment of our applications, enabling rapid and safe releases. - Build Observability: Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to provide deep insights into system health and to proactively identify and resolve issues. Qualifications - 4-6 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role, with a proven track record of managing production systems in a major cloud environment (GCP, AWS). - Strong expertise with containerization and orchestration technologies, especially Kubernetes (K8s) and Docker. - Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines and a strong focus on improving developer productivity and release velocity. - Strong experience working with Kubernates, helm charts, Github actions, cloud providers like Hetzner/GCP/AWS. - A strong sense of ownership and urgency. You feel accountable for the stability of the platform and are driven to proactively automate and improve system reliability.
