Were looking for an Associate Content Writer to join our Corporate Communications & Employer Branding team someone whos curious, loves storytelling, and wants to craft meaningful content that connects with people across internal and external channels.

What youll do:

- Work closely with senior writers and account managers to understand and support content strategy for People & Culture and Corporate Communications projects.
- Write and edit content across a variety of formats from internal newsletters, intranet articles, company-wide emails to social media posts and campaign content.
- Support communication needs around wellness initiatives, benefits, hiring, sustainability, ESG, vendor communications, and more.
- Help manage and curate content for the People & Culture teams social media and internal communication platforms.
- Coordinate with the design team to bring copy and visuals together seamlessly.
- Stay updated on trends in internal communication, employer branding, and digital content.
- Assist in research, brainstorming, and development of creative ideas for content and campaigns.
- Take ownership of assigned deliverables and manage timelines with support from your manager.
