Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Gandhidham. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, creating and managing sales strategies, and interfacing with clients to ensure their requirements are met. Their day-to-day tasks include conducting product presentations, managing customer accounts, offering pre-sales and post-sales technical support, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or trading industry is a plus
