This position requires deep platform expertise, strong architectural capability, and the ability to mentor teams while driving scalable, secure, and innovative ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals. Key Responsibilities 1. New Opportunity Solutioning - Plan and estimate new project opportunities - Evaluate ServiceNow fitment, feasibility, and value proposition - Support creation of project implementation roadmaps - Contribute to project scoping, effort estimation, and resource planning - Produce high-level architecture diagrams - Identify platform risks and propose mitigation strategies - Provide technical inputs for RFPs 2. Consulting – Solution Design & Architecture (Presales to Delivery) - Develop consultative relationships with business and IT stakeholders - Provide transparent and strategic guidance - Identify risks, opportunities, and improvement areas - Drive ROI optimization for customers - Support integration architecture (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server) - Define CI/CD deployment strategies with delivery teams - Anticipate future scalability and platform needs - Advocate for enhancements and integrations that improve business outcomes 3. Coaching & Collaboration with Delivery Teams - Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders for alignment - Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, and platform usage - Communicate complex technical concepts clearly - Share updates on new ServiceNow features and releases - Mentor team members and drive knowledge sharing - Support technical upskilling for fresher and junior talent - Establish and maintain QA best practices and guidelines 4. Competency Development - Plan ServiceNow training content with Learning & Delivery teams - Participate in industry events and alliance programs - Contribute to improving maturity in ServiceNow partnership programs - Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders - Convert business requirements into scalable and secure architectures - Make decisions based on long-term enterprise architecture impact 5. Co-Innovation & Emerging Tech - Maintain a Technology Radar for ServiceNow - Lead PoCs on emerging ServiceNow capabilities (AI, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence) - Evaluate marketplace apps and develop reusable frameworks - Conduct PoCs on Salesforce-aligned offerings (AI, Data, PaaS) - Drive innovation and support continuous improvement initiatives 6. Technical Leadership - Guide solution design across multiple ServiceNow modules - Set standards for development, integration, and platform governance - Mentor developers and junior architects - Coordinate with VW Group ServiceNow contacts - Foster an innovation-driven culture - Enhance agent experience and force capability
