Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for all hardware and software maintenance of IT infrastructure at offices sites and business residences Ensure proactive handling of user requests and collaboration to avoid escalations locally or remotely Record document and ensure proper closure of tickets or service requests Apply systematic problem-solving skills to identify issues find root causes and implement corrective actions promptly Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials BoQ for IT-related purchases and follow up on procurement Conduct IT asset audits along with the audit team as required Provide recommendations on suitable technologies and stay updated with new developments Set up IT infrastructure for new offices and be available to travel for business requirements Collaborate with other IT team members for effective management of overall IT infrastructure Ensure compliance with IT guidelines standards and security policies Coordinate with vendors for support billing and payment follow-ups Technical Skills Required Strong knowledge of Windows OS versions installation upgrade troubleshooting and performance tuning Basic understanding of Linux and Apple systems is an added advantage Proficient in hardware troubleshooting setup and maintenance of biometric devices Experience with office software installations MS Office LibreOffice etc Familiarity with Microsoft 365 email setup login and troubleshooting Knowledge of EPABX intercom setup and troubleshooting Good understanding of LAN and networking concepts DNS DHCP TCP IP HTTP HTTPS FTP IP addressing Experience in Wi-Fi access management and firewall configuration Awareness of IT security best practices Qualifications 3-4 Years of Experience in IT Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or a related field Additional IT certification s will be an added advantage Contact khadarvali polupuri skandhanshi com 9100535041 Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Preferred Work Location In person
