About the Role

Responsibilities & Requirements
- Developing and implementing annual marketing programs as per plan and budget, consistent with the overall franchise goals and marketing strategy.
- Planning and implementing Regional/National/International workshops, KBL/KOL engagement initiatives, CME initiatives, HCP training programs in accordance with UCMPMD & other guidelines set.
- Establishing effective working relationships with KBL/KOLs in the field Identifying key physician champions for the region Assisting in coordinating physician symposiums and participation in main customer events/congress.
- Conducting analysis of competitor activities, customer needs, technology and infrastructure, therapy adoption, etc., relevant to the product line in-country.
- Leading execution of marketing plans for the portfolio, coordinating with internal functions and external service providers, monitoring on-ground execution of programs/conferences/events/promotions, troubleshooting, ensuring the right set of metrics are in place for tracking success & determining corrective action in line with goals, providing timely and accurate MIS.
- Must work in close alliance with the core marketing team.
- 3+years of experience in CRM business along with exposure to marketing/programs experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences/ Medical devices/ Pharmaceutical industry
- The candidate should demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be familiar with the tools and skills required for undertaking the designated activities.
