These services help our customers achieve strategic technology transformation and maximise the business value, security and innovative potential of their IT infrastructure We are seeking an exceptional APAC Operations Director to lead and mature delivery governance across a multi-market APAC footprint. You will drive standardisation, risk management, and operational excellence for a 24x7 delivery operation, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable services while partnering with Finance, Sales, Projects, IT, HR and Security to support regional growth and transformation. What will you be doing? •Lead Systal's delivery and operations team/business units within the Asia Pacific region. Hub location in Bangalore, India. Several remote team locations across Asia Pacific. •Support a management team, primarily focused on operations, engineering, customer service, service delivery functions. •Delivery maturity & automation: champion automation and tool standardisation; drive process optimisation and proficiency across delivery teams; track progress with measurable outcomes. •Customer outcomes: drive delivery reliability, CSAT/NPS improvements, and client retention through standardised delivery models and proactive service management. •Cross-functional collaboration: partner with IT, Security, Finance, HR, and Sales to align demand, capacity, risk, and financial planning; ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery. •Compliance & standards: ensure adherence to relevant frameworks (ITIL/ISO 20000, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 as applicable) and regional data localisation/regulatory requirements. Who are we looking for? •15–20 years in IT/Managed Services/Networking with at least 5+ years in senior leadership roles with accountability for delivery governance (not solely P&L). •Proven track record leading multi-country APAC delivery operations, across diverse markets, time zones, and regulatory environments. •MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred; Engineering or IT/related bachelor's degree required. •Relevant certifications (PMP/PgMP, ITIL/ISO, etc.) desirable. •Fluency in English; additional APAC languages are advantageous. •Open to working in rotational shifts across Asia, UK, and US time zones.
