Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
- Present and promote products/services to prospective customers.
- Handle negotiations, close sales, and ensure timely payment collection.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
