Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Strategy & Execution Lead to act as the founder's right hand. The ideal candidate will own high-priority projects and initiatives, translate vision into action, and ensure the timely execution of key business strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong cross-functional coordination.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Strategic Partnership with the Founder: Act as the founder's right hand by owning high-priority projects and initiatives across the company. You will represent the founder in internal discussions as needed.
- Execution Leadership: Translate the company's vision into tangible action by ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of key business strategies. Proactively identify and resolve roadblocks across various functions.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with all departments to streamline operations, foster collaboration, and identify areas for operational and strategic improvement.
- Branding & Communication Oversight: Lead the branding team, focusing on expanding brand reach, refining the communication strategy, and ensuring brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Project & Meeting Management: Participate in leadership and strategic meetings, prepare briefings and follow-ups, and ensure accountability and alignment on action items.
- Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support critical decision-making processes for both the founder and the leadership team.

Skills Required

- Proven experience in a similar role within a Founder's Office or a strategic capacity.
- The ability to translate a broad vision into actionable execution plans.
- Strong leadership skills to drive projects and resolve roadblocks across multiple functions.
- Excellent cross-functional coordination and communication skills.
- Expertise in branding, communication strategy, and ensuring brand consistency.
- Strong project management skills, including preparing briefings and ensuring accountability.
- The ability to provide data-driven insights to support critical decision-making.
