If you have a strong background in developing performant, secure APIs and thrive in a collaborative startup environment, we want to hear from you' 🚀 The Role & Responsibilities: As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems. - Design and maintain high-quality REST APIs using Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - Implement secure backend logic and optimized database queries. - Ensure application performance, reliability, and scalability across large production systems by implementing observability, caching, and job queues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) and follow CI/CD best practices for seamless delivery. - Conduct code reviews and write tests. ✨ What You'll Bring: Experience: 1.6 to 3+ years of proven experience in backend engineering. Must-Have Key Skills: - Python + Frameworks: Strong experience in Django, Flask, or FastAPI. - SQL & ORM: Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL, query optimization, and migrations. - API Development: Expertise in RESTful design and OpenAPI/Swagger documentation. - Specialist Skills: Testing (e.g., pytest) and DevOps basics (CI/CD, Docker, Git workflows). - Bonus: Experience in a Startup Company/Product-based environment.
