Experifun Educational Solutions Pvt Ltd Learn Better Score Better Overview Experifun brings innovation driven STEM program to school children to improve learning outcomes We also role out online learning programs through our online learning platform for domains like skill development literacy programs corporate training K-12 segment Experifun has reached 1000 schools across 19 states in 10 languages and impacted more than 500 000 students www experifun com has more details Team Experifun is led by a passionate team of IIT and IIM alums and supported by world s leading education company Pearson US Job Profile STEM Tinkering Coordinator Position Fulltime-Contract Basis Experifun requires resource person for a tinkering lab who possess a combination of technical skills in the field of electronics development mechanics IoT Robotics Resource should have teaching experience in tinkering or STEM labs at private or government schools Key Responsibilities Visting reporting to schools implementing tinkering lab projects Design and implement projects guide students and foster creativity Provide technical support assist with advanced projects and ensure safety protocols Inspire creativity help with project aesthetics and integrate artistic elements into projects Create curriculum that integrates STEM principles lead workshops and promote inquiry-based learning Mentor students organize community events and share knowledge of best practices Develop and enforce safety guidelines conduct training sessions and maintain a safe environment Required skills Knowledge usage of various materials used in disciplines like electronics IoT Robotics woodworking coding with electronics materials Proficiency with electronics mechanical tools and machinery understanding of technical concepts Strong understanding of design thinking and creative processes Ability to explain complex concepts in accessible ways Knowledge about Atal Tinkering Lab syllabus followed in the labs Pedagogical understanding of delivering the tinkering sessions Hands-on experience with various students college projects and tools Knowledge of safety protocols related to tools and materials used in the tinkering lab Know how about ATL Dashboard Supported students in building exhibition models Proficiency in MS Office Understanding the government school ecosystem Qualification BE M tech Electronics Mechanics or Computer or any other related technology fields MSC Electronics Computer or related technology fields Any other technology field with at least 60 marks in graduation or post-graduation Candidate with any certificate or specialization in STEM tinkering teaching field will be preferred Candidate with prior experience teaching students in tinkering or STEM labs will be preferred Language Candidate should be well verse in Tamil English language Job Types Full-time Contractual Temporary Contract length 12 months Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Commuter assistance Application Question s Do you have Science Engineering background Education Bachelor s Required Experience Robotics 1 year Required Language Tamil Required Willingness to travel 50 Required Work Location In person
