Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assist and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain and organize file documentation accurately
- Create and update records, ensuring the accuracy and validity of information
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, clients, customers, and colleagues
- Support various administrative tasks as needed to facilitate business processes

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Previous experience as an Office Executive or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in verbal and written communication
- Knowledgeable in computer operating systems and MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Presentable and professional appearance
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic understanding of financial processes
- Experience range: 3-6 years
