Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute manual testing to identify software defects and ensure the product meets quality standards.
- Assist in creating detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements.
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to ensure the application performs as expected.
- Collaborate with developers to understand the features and functionality to be tested.
- Report and track defects using bug tracking tools and verify defect fixes.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining test documentation and reports.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve software quality.
- Continuously learn and apply testing techniques, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools and bug tracking systems is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify issues in software functionality.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desired Skills:

- Knowledge of manual testing techniques.
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of basic programming concepts
