Job Description Job Title: Color Grader Wedding Films Location: Hyderabad (On-site) Company: Ivory Films Mission of the Role To craft visually consistent and emotionally rich color grades that enhance the storytelling of wedding and pre-wedding films maintaining the signature Ivory Films aesthetic while delivering cinematic-quality results within deadlines. Key Responsibilities Match lighting, exposure, and white balance across multi-camera and multi-day shoots with 100% consistency. Deliver rich, cinematic tones that align with Ivory Films visual identity warmth, softness, and emotion-driven style. Use, refine, or develop LUTs for specific lighting conditions while maintaining brand consistency. Deliver final graded videos and stills in 4K/Full HD formats optimized for both web and broadcast standards. Ensure timely delivery: teasers within 3 days and full films within 7 days of edit lock. Collaborate with editors and the creative team to understand desired tone, feedback, and storytelling direction. Skills & Competencies Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in DaVinci Resolve / Premiere Pro Lumetri / Final Cut Color Tools. Color Theory Mastery: Deep understanding of color harmony, contrast, skin tones, and emotion-driven grading. Attention to Detail: Ability to catch subtle inconsistencies in tone, exposure, or hue. Time Management: Works efficiently under tight timelines while maintaining quality. Team Communication: Open to feedback, collaborates well, and updates progress regularly. Adaptability: Comfortable working with footage from different camera systems (Sony, Canon, etc.). Creative Vision: Enhances storytelling through color cues that build mood and emotion. Requirements Graduate (Bachelor's degree or equivalent). 13 years of experience in color grading (wedding or cinematic content preferred). Strong visual sense and passion for storytelling through color. Portfolio or sample work link is a must.
