Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and software applications. The ideal candidate will perform testing, identify defects, and collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. - Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and documentation. - Identify, report, and track defects using QA tools. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure timely resolution of issues. - Support automation testing initiatives and maintain test scripts. - Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proficiency in manual testing and understanding of SDLC/STLC. - Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.). - Basic knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. - Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD). - Knowledge of programming or scripting languages for test automation. Soft Skills: - Attention to detail and high accuracy in work. - Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
