Summary P3- 11616 Job Title Senior Cybersecurity Data Analyst Job Group JG3 Location Bengaluru India Department Cyber Digital Risk BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world Advancing the world of health TM is our Purpose and it s no small feat It takes the imagination and passion of all of us from design and engineering to the manufacturing and marketing of our billions of MedTech products per year to look at the impossible and find transformative solutions that turn dreams into possibilities We believe that the human element across our global teams is what allows us to continually evolve Join us and discover an environment in which you ll be supported to learn grow and become your best self Become a maker of possible with us Opportunity Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Cyber Digital Risk Management C DR team at BD This role is crucial in driving continuous improvement and providing insightful data analytics to support our cybersecurity operations and maturity The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analysis process improvement and experience with Power BI or a similar tool Key Responsibilities Identify document collect analyze transform interpret and report data to provide actionable insights for the cybersecurity team Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize operational management and executive metrics Conduct data quality assessments with data product owners and ensure the consistency and integrity of data across multiple reporting platforms and data sources to ensure business objectives are met Perform analysis to identify trends patterns and anomalies Create and present operational management and executive reports to team leaders highlighting key findings and recommendations Design and maintain portfolio metrics dashboards to track the performance of cybersecurity initiatives Support the development of maturity models performance scorecards ad-hoc reports and analyses as needed Monitor and analyze key performance indicators KPIs and key risk indicators KRI to identify areas for improvement Assist with the implementation governance and continuous improvement of the data management strategy which includes the architecture and management of the technology stack Build automated data pipelines and optimize queries for performance and scalability where possible using tools and languages such as Databricks Python Fabric SQL R etc Qualifications Experience Bachelor s degree in Data Science Computer Science Information Systems or related field 5 years experience in data analytics and visualizations or related field Proficiency in multiple programming languages and data analysis tools and software Familiarity with data warehouses lakes medallion architectures and ETL processes Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders Experience with data visualization tools e g Tableau Power BI is a plus Required Skills Analytical Tools Communication Cross-Functional Teamwork Data Management Extract Transform Load ETL Microsoft Power Business Intelligence BI Optional Skills Primary Work Location IND Bengaluru - Technology Campus Additional Locations Work Shift
