Job Description Position Summary Field Enumerators (15 Posts): We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Field Enumerators to conduct baseline assessments for students in primary schools. The successful candidates will visit schools, interact with children to make them feel comfortable, ask assessment questions, and accurately record their responses using a provided tool. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in English, and the ability to use technology effectively. Prior experience working with primary-grade children is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities - Visit assigned schools to conduct baseline assessments with students. - Create a welcoming and comfortable environment for children to ensure accurate and honest responses. - Ask assessment questions as per the guidelines and record responses using the designated tool. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of recorded data. - Report any issues or inconsistencies encountered during the assessments to the project supervisor. - Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of the data collected. - Adhere to the schedule and complete the assessments within the stipulated timeframe. - Utilize technology tools efficiently to record and manage data. - Communicate effectively with school staff and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Qualifications/Requirements - Must have a two-wheeler to travel to conduct the assessments - Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a mandatory requirement. - Proficiency in the local language is required. - Basic knowledge and experience in using tech tools and software. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to make children feel at ease. - Attention to detail and accuracy in data recording. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Flexibility to travel to various school locations as required. - High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in education, psychology, or a related field is a plus point.
