Job Description Description We are seeking an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer to join our marketing team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing customer journey strategies that enhance user engagement and drive conversion rates. Responsibilities - Develop and implement marketing campaigns using Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Analyze customer data and behavior to optimize marketing strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. - Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights for improvement. - Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer journey optimization. Skills and Qualifications - 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing or customer journey optimization. - Strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, particularly Adobe Journey Optimizer. - Proficient in data analysis and interpretation to drive marketing decisions. - Experience with A/B testing and other optimization techniques. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
