As a Sr. Software Engineer / Software Engineer, youll work on high-impact Sitecore-based digital platforms with a strong focus on backend development. This role involves developing secure, scalable systems using modern architecture principles and leading complex Sitecore projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Skills Key Skills - 4 years of hands-on Sitecore development experience. - Sitecore Certified Professional Developer. - Strong C# and .NET programming skills. - Expertise in Sitecore 9.x and above (including Sitecore XM Cloud). - Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL), SQL Server, and CI/CD using GitHub. - Knowledge of deploying Sitecore on Vercel or similar hosting environments. - Familiarity with Helix architecture principles. - Understanding of WCAG 2.0 Level AA accessibility standards. - Strong communication and team leadership skills. Responsibilities Roles And Responsibilities - Build scalable Sitecore solutions based on Helix design principles. - Optimize backend performance, reduce load times, and secure platforms against DDoS and malicious threats. - Implement backend integrations for Sitecore Content Hub, personalization tools, analytics, and search. - Collaborate with designers, frontend developers, and product managers to deliver seamless experiences. - Guide and mentor junior developers within the team. - Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure accessibility compliance. - Maintain reusable backend components and technical documentation. - Translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
