Role Summary

The Cerner Clairvia Analyst is responsible for optimizing nurse scheduling and staffing operations using the Clairvia platform. The role requires strong collaboration with healthcare stakeholders to ensure effective shift assignments, policy alignment, and integration with EHR systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain Cerner Clairvia for:
- Nurse scheduling
- Shift assignment
- Staff optimization
- Ensure scheduling configurations align with unit workflows and staffing policies.
- Deliver reporting and analytics on:
- Utilization metrics
- Shift coverage patterns
- Labor cost and efficiency trends

Required Skills & Qualifications
