Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Officer to drive business growth by identifying and converting potential customers, presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client interaction, skilled in building relationships, and goal-driven with a strong understanding of sales cycles, customer behavior, and market trends. The Sales Officer will work independently or in collaboration with the team to generate leads, meet targets, and provide regular updates through sales reporting and analysis. This role involves direct field sales and customer relationship management, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy people-facing and target-driven roles.Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify potential customers through market research, referrals, networking, and cold calling. Visit prospective clients in person or contact them via calls, emails, or social media platforms. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and ensure continuous lead generation activities. Participate in events, exhibitions, trade fairs, or field visits to reach potential clients. 2. Product/Service Presentation Clearly present and explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and options. Customize offerings based on customer needs and market segments. Conduct demonstrations, presentations, or trial runs to educate customers. Address queries, concerns, and objections confidently and professionally. 3. Sales Closure & Negotiation Negotiate prices, discounts, payment terms, and delivery schedules within company guidelines. Follow up actively and guide the customer through the buying process. Ensure proper documentation and processing of confirmed orders or contracts. Close sales professionally and ethically, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients. Regularly follow up post-sale for service updates, cross-selling, or renewal opportunities. Resolve complaints and provide support to ensure a smooth after-sales experience. Use CRM systems (if applicable) to track interactions and relationship history. 5. Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets as assigned by the sales manager. Prioritize high-potential leads and follow a structured approach to maximize conversions. Maintain a results-oriented attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile. 6. Sales Reporting & Market Analysis Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities, customer visits, and follow-ups. Submit reports on sales performance, customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities. Use data to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
